- Priority scheduling for all adds, moves, and changes

- Waiver of charges for "no trouble found" service calls
- Remote support service calls via telephone or emails during normal business hours
- Remote programming changes during Regular Business Hours
- Annual audit of connectivity charges
- Waiver of labor charges for diagnosis of system failure (Enhanced IT and Phone only)
- Waiver of labor charges for repairing or replacing failed hardware (Enhanced IT and Phone only)
- Waiver of labor charges to acquire warranty hardware from PC or Phone manufacture (Enhanced IT and Phone only)
- Waiver of labor charges on all AMC (Adds, Moves & Changes) of the Commercial Customers existing equipment in their existing facility(s) (Enhanced IT and Phone only)
