Desktop Faxing

Problem - It is estimated that 90% of documents are created on a computer. To manually fax these, employees must print a document to a network printer, leave their desks, walk to a fax machine station somewhere in the building, fill-out a cover page, stand in line to send a document, and wait for the document to transmit in order to confirm delivery.

Solution - NET SatisFAXtion Small Business or Enterprise

Reduce costs, save time and boost productivity by enabling employees to send and receive faxes electronically at their desktops. This eliminates inefficient manual faxing, reduces the need to install and maintain fax machines, cuts overnight mail costs, and reallocates valuable resources.

The NET SatisFAXtion™ Small Business Edition is designed for small-to-medium sized organizations of 5 to 50 users. Without sacrificing performance, it brings all the features and benefits of a network fax server solution at an affordable cost. Complete with the core fax server software needed to automate inbound and outbound fax traffic, it is simple for end-users to send or receive faxes directly from their desktops using their Outlook client. Organizations gain even more efficiencies with its advanced administration and reporting features.

Intended to manage lower volumes of fax traffic, the Small Business Edition has unlimited user licenses including licensing for two lines of fax traffic, expandable to a maximum of four lines. As your fax needs change and grow, the software can easily be upgraded to our Enterprise or IP Editions.

Fax from Any Application

Using our print-to-fax technology, documents that are generated from common applications such as Microsoft Office, are quickly processed and delivered to their intended destinations as high-quality faxes. Just as quickly and easily as documents can be printed from CRM or Document Management applications, they can also be faxed - unattended and automatically.

Automate Routing of Inbound Faxes

Using a wide range of routing options, including DID, CSID and others, inbound faxes are captured electronically and automatically routed to individual recipients, departments or printers. Faxes are easily tracked, helping automate manual delivery and improve business process workflows.
